Silicon Valley is the place to be to hear of emerging technology and trends at DEMO Fall 2012. Profitero will attend the event on the invitation of IBM. Decision makers from the world’s leading visionary companies, established technology industry veterans, VCs and industry analysts are set to descend on Silicon Valley in California to attend the DEMO Fall 2012 conference, which takes place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel from October 1-3.
An audience of VC’s, industry influencers, IT buyers and media will view the emerging technology from the companies exhibiting in the DEMO pavilion. With the spotlight on emerging technologies and trends, there are many informative sessions taking place over the three-day event:
Each company gets six minutes on the DEMO stage to conduct a live demonstration of their product and explain how it will change the world. There are eight categories: Big Data, Commerce, Communication, Education, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Media & Entertainment and Social.
Following each demonstrator segment, a panel of experts takes the stage to share their thoughts on the new launches. These DEMO “sages” are selected for their start-up, investment, business and M&A experience.
Companies with innovations in the alpha stage have 90 seconds to pitch their product to the audience of top investors and potential customers.
Corporate technology executives discuss how they work with emerging technologies and share tips on how entrepreneurs can get a foot in the door.
Noted Entrepreneurs and visionaries join DEMO’s executive producer for an engaging, intimate conversation that taps their industry expertise and gives insight into their success, inc. Ray Kurzweil, author, entrepreneur, futurist, Kurzweil Technologies; George Hu, COO, Salesforce.com; and Evan Williams, co-founder, Twitter.
