Role & responsibilities:

The Analyst, Strategy & Insight will play a critical role in the analysis, interpretation, and presentation of insight derived from data generated by Profitero’s software.

Reporting to the VP, Customer Engagement, the Analyst will be instrumental in directly supporting Profitero customers’ success by producing tailored, actionable insight.

Additionally, the Analyst will produce analysis and insight for distribution in Profitero white papers, blog posts, infographics and presentations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Playing a key role in the client experience for assigned clients

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and maintain a demand generation plan and strategy to achieve MQLs and pipeline generation goals 
  • Work closely with the Content Marketing team to identify content campaigns and assets to achieve lead goals

Overview:

Profitero is looking for a part-time Director of Human Resources to drive overall talent development for their U.S. team with an employee base of 60+. As one of the fastest growing and hottest eCommerce analytics companies, the Director of HR will develop, direct, manage and oversee a best-in-class, strategic HR function focused on progressive people management practices for a growing and evolving company.

The ideal candidate is an individual contributor can easily pivot from big picture to details, from strategic to hands-on, and has demonstrated an ability to drive change in an entrepreneurial, matrix organization that is re-defining and disrupting the marketplace. Experience in designing and facilitating performance management and training is ideal. Recruiting experience is a major plus. UX/UI Design Lead (focus on Interaction Design)

You will drive, and be responsible for, the workflow, interface, design and usability of the Profitero solution for brands and retailers. Due to the volume of data, we are looking for someone who has worked with extremely large data sets. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead interface design and usability for the Profitero solution as a part of a multi-disciplinary senior product development group
  • Design user workflows, application navigation, and visualizations for representing data
  • Participate in feedback interviews with clients to improve usability or “speed to insights” in the Profitero application
  • Be on the cutting edge of interaction design trends for business applications and leverage them in the Profitero interface design

Key skills:

  • 10+ years experience (some start-up experience strongly preferred)
  • Excellent visual design skill and a proven track record of designing usable interaction and interfaces for Web applications
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles
