Richard leads eCommerce capability development at General Mills.   Prior to joining the eCommerce team two years ago, he held various positions in Shopper Insights, Consumer Insights, and Marketing.   Before joining General Mills, Richard worked at Nestlé USA and in commercial banking.   He has an MBA and BBA from the University of Michigan.
