As a Business Development Representative (BDR) with Profitero, you will be responsible for developing and qualifying potential new customers of our solution through outbound e-mail and calling campaigns. In this role, you will work very closely with the marketing team and sales reps, who will equip you with the tools, analytics and coaching you’ll need to be successful. 

This is a critical sales position that will have direct impact on generating sales pipeline and contributing to the revenue of Profitero. It requires an individual who is extremely motivated, has excellent written communication skills, is charismatic over the phone, and detail oriented. If you have a competitive nature, some sales experience, and you’re looking to build a career in technology sales this would be a great opportunity for you. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting into targeted accounts
  • Identifying key decision makers and influencers

Experience:

Mission:

As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for supporting & developing our growing manufacturer customer base. You will be in charge of a rapidly expanding portfolio of customers and you will be their main point of contact.

As the face of Profitero with these customers, you will be responsible for building successful relationships with your main contacts and for expanding our networks across the customer organisation. The role will involve ensuring renewal via client satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities through understanding client needs.

The role is the pivotal interface between our customers and Profitero internal teams.  You will therefore be expected to build expertise quickly and establish an internal network that you can call on as and when required.

  • Day to day contact for Profitero’s key accounts, supporting a broad customer base
  • Ensuring client satisfaction leading to uncontested renewal status

Qualifications:

Profitero is growing fast and is looking for a Sales Manager for China to drive sales in this key e-commerce region. The role will be based in Shanghai with the main focus on the Chinese market.

Mission:

The Sales Manager will lead our China sales efforts, securing profitable sales which deliver against clients local and regional business needs.

The role will involve engaging directly with global and local manufacturers (and retailers to a lesser degree) to win business from incumbent suppliers and greenfield prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively deliver against a sales quota for China
  • Build a robust sales pipeline which targets both locally based global companies as well as Chinese specific companies
  • Gather competitive intelligence and customer feedback that enables Profitero to deliver best in class solutions within China
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop lead generation and revenue generation programs (takeaway and greenfield), and to create high quality local language collateral

Qualifications:

Candidates will be well versed and experienced in the Chinese (and preferably wider APAC) market with experience working for, or selling to large FMCG brands or retailers, and ideally will have sold software or market research. The ideal candidate will have a verifiable track record of successfully building a profitable sales pipeline and meeting aggressive sales targets.

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
  • Experience selling to large retailers or FMCG brands, market research, enterprise software or services solutions
  • Experience having worked client side at a FMCG company or retailer ideally within an e-commerce, brand or insights function
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales environment

We currently seek an Implementation Manager with excellent organizational and project management skills. This person will be critical to the success of new clients’ experience with Profitero – and therefore key to the company’s continued success. The Implementation Manager role is based in Maidenhead, Berkshire (UK).

Responsibilities Include

  • Manage new client setup and implementation from client input gathering, requirements specification, development through to delivery
  • Ensure planning is completed as per agreed deadlines and implementation timelines are communicated to clients and internal stakeholders
